Dual metal, centrifugally cast, High Chromium iron, drilled rolls are the latest development for calenders producing abrasive products. The outer working layer of the rolls is 15%-19% chromium cast iron alloy, which provides excellent abrasive wear resistance and finishing ability. Its microstructure is complex iron chromium eutectic carbide with a martensitic matrix. We also corrugate cracker and shredder rolls, new and used, up to 32" in diameter and 90" long. |
