Every roll we produce is designed for specific application to fit your compnay's needs. Along with this individualized process, there are numberous quality checks along the way to ensure the finished roll will survive wear and will perform as specified.
We fit any temperature limits you might have by supplying cored, and peripherally drilled rolls. |

For very critical operation, we supply peripherally drilled rolls which maintain more uniform temperatures across the working surface. They also respond much faster to temperature controls, because they have about two and one-half times as much internal surface area as a cored roll and the heat transfer medium circulates closer to the rolls surface. Most drilled rolls also have the popular triple-pass arrangement, which increases the turbulent flow of the fluid. |
